Family is my top passion. A big part of it, is always taking care of them which has led me to become a practical innovator.
Practical innovator means to always hedge your bets and be 5 steps ahead at all times while innovating. Innovate in a responsible way – do not put your family at (high) financial risk.
That said, risk is always part of the equation when you’re an entrepreneur. Risk can yield big rewards. It can also yield bad outcomes. You are the only one that can mitigate it.
But knowing that if you can follow your passion while being a practical innovator, then you have an obligation to do something that is going to yield you the best return on all fronts.
