    March 2023: Multiple Sclerosis and Trigeminal Neuralgia. I kept it quiet for two years — running companies, showing up, saying nothing. Hiding cost me more than the diagnosis did.

    Then I named it, and rebuilt my life and career around my health instead of against it. I call it competing differently. Now I write the whole thing in public, chapter by chapter, while I live it.
